Talented makers in wood from around the country will converge on the pretty Borders town to display and sell their wares. The Woodmarket is a favourite annual event in the Borders calendar and it’s FREE!

Even bigger than last year, occupying the entire Drill Hall, and operating over two days, 25 makers will present an amazing diversity of wood products for visitors to browse and buy: exclusive designer furniture of all kinds, wooden sculpture, clocks, baskets, elegant storage. Smaller wooden items too: signage, jewellery, pens, puzzle boxes, jig-saws… and more.

Alongside the makers, suppliers of native and exotic hardwoods will also be exhibiting, providing interest and inspiration of all who make in wood, and aspiring makers too. Wildlife and woodland related Charities will also be at the Woodmarket, publicising their work.
